Silence Gtk deprecation warnings by default.

* configure.ac: New enable: --enable-gtk-deprecation-warnings, default off.
(HAVE_GTK3): If above enable is off, add
-DGDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATION_WARNINGS to GTK_CFLAGS.
